As the nation's first co-ed business fraternity and one of the most diverse Greek organizations, Delta Sigma Pi believes that individuals and organizations benefit from a wide range of perspectives, and we cultivate a culture of respect that broadens our viewpoints and makes us stronger and more effective leaders in our fields.

Founded in 1999, the UCLA Xi Omicron Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi guides and shapes students of UCLA into strong future business leaders.

As the premier business fraternity on campus, we are not only dedicated to business but also to community service events, social events, and other extracurricular activities.  The 50+ brothers comprising the Xi Omicron Chapter are some of the most highly motivated students at UCLA. The members of the fraternity are both outstanding individuals and strong team players.

Each year, we draw in numerous students to our professional events and workshops. Implemented to further their knowledge of the business world, these events help provide the tools in developing prospective careers.

As a unified framework, we envision tremendous opportunities in the years ahead for the Xi Omicron Chapter in constructing America’s most prominent business leaders. By continually enriching and steering one another in becoming successful members of society, we not only evolve as powerfully driven entities but also embrace the true meaning of brotherhood.

"Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community."

Delta Sigma Pi was founded in 1907 at New York University: School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance by Harold Valentine Jacobs, Alexander Frank Makay, Alfred Moysello and Henry Albert Tienken. Today, coast to coast, more than 250 chapters and over 210,000 members support the goals and ideals of the Fraternity.
